About Luna Ladies
It is neither sustainable nor wise to expect linear growth and resist change. And yet we tend to feel there is something wrong with us if we are not able to sustain the same mood, performance and energy levels at all times. Women can experience the natural cycle of growth, harvest, decay and rest each month. Is it possible that women's monthly hormonal changes are something we can all learn from? Is there a way to take advantage of the changing seasons to make us more accepting of all the parts of ourselves and our journey...to make our lives more whole? Luna Ladies is an educational and art project around natural cycles - moon, menstrual, annual and life cycles.
About Eva
Eva Emrys is a woman, a psychologist, an artist, a wife and the person behind Luna Ladies project. Her name means Life Eternal and Eva’s calling is to be Courageous Love – to be brave and love deeply. When you combine this with her cheery and optimistic personality you got a specific encouraging flavour which can be felt in everything Eva does and create.
